Terms of service

These terms apply to all orders placed on dtftransferswow.co.uk. Please read them before placing an order.

1. Who we are

DTF Transfers WOW is a trading name of Craft My Treasures Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17446090, VAT number GB529824362). Our address is Suite 1, Unit 3, 3 Peel Lane, Manchester, M8 8RJ, United Kingdom. You can contact us at sales@dtftransferswow.co.uk.

2. Our products

We print direct-to-film (DTF) heat transfers from artwork you upload or create in our online builder. Transfers are supplied unapplied; you press them onto your own garments or items.

3. Placing an order

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. A contract is formed when we confirm your order. We may refuse or cancel an order, with a full refund, if we cannot print it, if your artwork breaks section 5 of these terms, or if there is an obvious pricing error.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Volume discounts on gang sheets are applied automatically in your cart. Payment is taken when you place your order.

5. Your artwork

  • By uploading or creating artwork, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that it does not infringe anyone else's copyright, trademark or other rights.
  • You are responsible for any claims arising from artwork you supply.
  • We may refuse to print artwork that we reasonably believe is infringing, offensive or unlawful.
  • You are responsible for checking your artwork before ordering, including spelling, size, resolution and backgrounds. We print the file you provide.
  • Uploaded files may be deleted from our systems 60 days after your order. Please keep your own copies.

6. Colours and quality

Screens display colour differently, so printed colours may vary slightly from what you see on your device. For best results, supply artwork at 300 dpi with a transparent background.

7. Cancellations, returns and faults

Because our transfers are printed to your specification, change-of-mind returns are not accepted once an order has been printed. Please see our Refund policy for cancellations and for what to do if your order arrives misprinted or faulty.

9. Applying your transfers

Please follow the pressing instructions on our website and test on a spare piece of fabric first. We are not responsible for damage to garments or items caused by incorrect pressing, unsuitable heat press settings or unsuitable fabrics.

10. Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable, or for business losses such as loss of profit or loss of business opportunity. Our total liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones shown on our website when you place it.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
