Dispatch times

Orders placed by 12pm (UK time), Monday to Friday, are printed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm, at weekends or on UK bank holidays are dispatched on the next working day.

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

Delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed.

Delivery address

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we may need to charge for sending it again.

Late or lost parcels

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please email us with your order number. We will check with the carrier and, if the parcel is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or give you a full refund.
